About the team
Canva is seeking a business-minded, technology focused lawyer to serve as Trust & Safety Counsel, as a member of our Product and Privacy Counsel team. We have a goal to be the most trusted platform and this role will play a key role in supporting our strategy.
The successful candidate will take an entrepreneurial approach to trust & safety advice, including counselling on matters of content moderation, user data, and account safety, and will serve as a key voice in the room providing advice to Canva’s team. You will work on many of the most critical legal issues affecting Canva’s growth and success. You will join a dynamic and global legal team working on a variety of innovative legal issues. You will be required to apply your expertise, good judgement and exceptional business sense to assist our trust & safety and content moderation teams assess and mitigate legal risk.
