Creating and returning value to our Growers is what we do and you can play a hands-on role in WA’s biggest grain supply chain network as an Electrician in our Maintenance Team at Kwinana Grain Terminal.
The Kwinana Grain Terminal is CBH’s largest grain export facility shipping more than half of the state’s total grain production on average each year.
This is a permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday with a minimum of 42 hours per week, however you may be required to work on the weekends or additional hours over the busy harvest period.
The Role
Working in a close-knit team of environment and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the key deliverables for the role are:

Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed and mobile plant and equipment.

Diagnosing and fault-finding PLC controlled equipment, which includes but not limited to elevators and conveyors, trippers and dust systems.

Completing basic administrative tasks using SAP to assist with managing the maintenance function.
About You
Our ideal candidate is an individual who knows how to champion safety in the workplace, along with:
-
A current WA Electrical Workers Licence
-
At least 5 years’ trade experience and preferably in a similar, multifaced environment that has seen you work with various fixed and mobile plant and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and diagnose faults.

Possess an unrestricted Drivers Licence
-
Exhibit a strong dedication to prioritising safety

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally communicate with a variety of different people.

Intermediate computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
-
Experience using SAP is desirable
