The Coordinator – Fertiliser , will coordinate the day to day operational activities across the fertiliser site including logistics, receivals, quality, resource and equipment allocation.
Key responsibilities

Maintain the site in order to receive, maintain and outload fertiliser.

Operation of front end loader

Plan, schedule and execute plant loading activities in consultation with other site staff

Maintain a safe work area at all times

Raise and resolve maintenance inspections and repairs

Ensure transporters are aware of operating procedures

Ensure appropriate safety procedures / standards are adhered to for all site functions

Provide an interface between the CBH Group, growers and the fertiliser business

Assist with internal/external audit requirements and compliance tasks

Ensure appropriate equipment and tools are available and maintained in a serviceable and calibrated condition
Skills and experience
-
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Front End Loader and Forklift ticket

Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes including import and shipping

Ability to supervise and coach staff
-
Exhibit a strong dedication to prioritising safety
-
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
-
Competent in the operation of the Microsoft suite of products
-
Goods receivable/stocktake experience
