The Opportunity

Our aim is to make doing business with CBH Group as simple and easy as possible with professional, personalised service.

As the first point of contact for WA grain growers you willprovide efficient and friendly service by answering a wide range of phone queries on all aspects of CBH Group business. You may also be utilised to assist with other duties such as general administration, outbound support initiatives and other tasks designed to enhance the experience for grain growers.

Rosters varying within the call centre operating hours of 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am – 12pm Saturday. Hours are 8 - 16 per week with the potential to increase. We have a minimum of two positions available and the weekly rostered hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate.

Who are we looking for

Our Grower Service Centre Officers will be driven and passionate to deliver exceptional customer service and are able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals with:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Specific inbound call centre experience will be highly valued

  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive rapport with internal/external customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a small team environment

  • Ability to multi-task and be resourceful

  • Ability to self-motivate and seek new ways to add value to the team

  • Advanced skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new computer packages

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 and CRM is advantageous

  • Experience and/or knowledge of the grain industry is advantageous
