CBRE manages some of Melbourne's most prestigious commercial buildings and we are building a casual workplace experience pool to support our Melbourne CBD portfolio. These are ad hoc shifts designed around flexibility, picking up cover when it suits you, with no lock-in and no fixed hours.
If you come from hotels, luxury hospitality or a premium front-of-house background and you are looking for professional work that fits around your existing commitments and lifestyle, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
  • Deliver a warm, professional and personalised welcome to tenants, visitors and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings
  • Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and front-of-house processes with accuracy and care
  • Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with confidence, discretion and efficiency
  • Support building events, activations and community experience initiatives
  • Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required
  • Work collaboratively with onsite property, facilities and security teams across the portfolio
About You
You are a hospitality professional who knows front-of-house inside out and wants flexible work that respects your time and plays to your strengths.
  • A background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge or premium customer-facing roles
  • Polished, warm and confident engaging with a wide range of people including senior stakeholders
  • Organised and solutions-focused with a calm head under pressure
  • Comfortable using building systems, booking platforms and basic AV technology
  • Looking for ad hoc, flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments
