The Opportunity:
CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium A-Grade commercial office asset within the Dexus portfolio.
You'll partner closely with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the asset operates efficiently, safely and to the highest standard. With responsibility for compliance, contractor management, building performance, budgets and customer experience, you'll play a critical role in protecting asset value while enhancing the workplace experience for occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing hard services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services.
- Overseeing soft services including cleaning, security and waste management.
- Leading contractor performance, compliance and service delivery.
- Building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
- Managing OPEX budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Coordinating maintenance, compliance programs and minor capital works.
- Driving safety, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
You'll bring:
- Experience managing premium commercial office assets.
- Strong technical understanding of building services and critical infrastructure.
- Proven capability managing hard and soft service contracts in a commercial environment.
- Experience overseeing compliance programmes, contractor governance and risk management.
- Financial acumen with responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
