This is a genuine step-up opportunity for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager or Senior Facilities Coordinator ready to take greater ownership. You will manage the day-to-day performance of a mixed Adelaide portfolio spanning commercial and industrial assets, supported by CBRE's established facilities management platform and career development pathways.
The opportunity:
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations across a mixed commercial and industrial property portfolio.
- Build proactive relationships with occupiers, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contractor performance, service standards, risk and compliance requirements.
- Monitor building services, energy use, essential services and statutory obligations.
- Manage OPEX budgets, explain variances and contribute to annual budget planning.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, minor capital works and operational improvements.
- Maintain strong safety and environmental standards while identifying practical opportunities to improve asset performance.
About you:
- Experience as an Assistant Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Coordinator or in a comparable property operations role.
- Exposure to commercial, industrial or mixed property portfolios, with the confidence to broaden your asset experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
- Practical experience coordinating contractors, maintenance and compliance activities.
- An understanding of budgets, reporting and variance management.
- An organised, proactive approach with sound judgement and close attention to detail.
