Make an impact across revenue, reporting and performance
Brisbane | Land of the Turrbal people
Based in Brisbane, you'll support Property Management leadership across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Cairns. This is a hands-on operations role with a strong commercial lens: protecting fee revenue, improving forecast accuracy, keeping contractual and compliance records on track and turning data into reporting leaders can act on.
You'll sit across the detail that keeps a large regional team running well, from invoicing, debt recovery and P&L reviews to dashboards, onboarding, systems administration and team communications. It's a varied remit, but the common thread is simple: accurate information, disciplined follow-through and early visibility of risk and opportunity.
About the role
- Protect fee revenue by coordinating fee escalations, sundry invoices, ad hoc charges and passthrough recoveries.
- Partner with regional leaders, Property Managers and Facility Managers on monthly overdue debt follow-up.
- Support annual budgeting and monthly revenue forecasting, review P&L performance and investigate anomalies.
- Maintain headcount and labour cost allocation, the new business pipeline in Salesforce, KPI reporting and operational exception dashboards.
- Keep key operational and compliance processes moving, including owner remittance reporting, agreements, fee reviews, licence registers, learning and onboarding.
- Coordinate the practical rhythm of the region, including property transitions, leave calendars, town halls, PM/FM meetings, agendas, minutes and team communications.
About you
- Experience in property administration or business operations, including invoicing, budgeting and forecasting.
- Advanced capability in data analytics, reporting and dashboards, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Confidence interpreting financial and operational data and communicating useful insights to senior leaders.
- Experience with finance, CRM and contract management systems; PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Pulse and HighQ exposure is desirable.
- Strong organisation, adaptability and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commercial awareness and clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to build relationships across a large Property Management business.

- Gain broad exposure to the financial and operational levers behind a large Property Management business
- Develop your skills across data analytics, dashboards and systems including Salesforce, turning information into practical insights for leaders
