We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team in Melbourne CBD on an A-grade asset. Work for a key client account; Charter Hall.

The Opportunity:
- Work on an A-Grade commercial asset for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall
- Responsible for the efficient, safe, cost effective operation, maintenance and development of all services
- Asset is currently undergoing major fit-out projects
About you:
- Experienced in working within commercial assets
- Able to work autonomously whilst building strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong experience in contractor management in the commercial environment
