We have an opportunity for a Client Performance & Analysis Manager to join our Pacific Property Management Client Solutions team. In this newly created role, you will manage and coordinate key business performance analytics for national and regional client groups.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and data enthusiast. You will be responsible for optimising client account performance by analysing key metrics, identifying improvements, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve KPIs, maintain client satisfaction, and drive long-term growth.
Here's a snapshot of your day:
- Regularly review client account performance data, including KPIs, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and provide insights into key metrics.
- Work closely with leads in ESG, Procurement, HSE, Digital, and leads of Centres for Excellence to identify opportunities for enhancements at an account level that will ensure smooth account management, address client concerns, and deliver high-quality service.
- Supporting the Account Lead in the development of tailored client account plans, outlining specific goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve desired outcomes.

- Demonstrated senior experience in a consulting or business development role focused on client performance
- Superior data analysis and reporting skillset with proficiency in PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Highly organised with strong communication and influencing skills
- Partnership and solutions-focused - ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- Creative problem solver with a curious nature, able to formulate innovative ideas and build solutions
