The Role
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of assets with a great blend of Industrial and Retail exposure on the Charter Hall account. You will be primarily based in Frenchs Forest with a localised portfolio. This is a rare opportunity within CBRE to step into a Facilities Management role that offers real flexibility and autonomy with occasional work from home options.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end facilities management across the allocated portfolio
- Contractor and service provider management (hard & soft services)
- Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance
- Budget management, forecasting, and cost control
- WHS, compliance, and essential services management
- Regular site inspections and reporting
- Building strong relationships with Charter Hall, tenants, and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing asset improvement initiatives
About You
This role will suit an experienced Facilities Manager who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of outcomes.
