One of a kind opportunity to step into a Facilities Manager role on an A-Grade CBD Asset. With the support of a Precinct FM, you will ensure the asset runs at peak performance, focusing on technical excellence, tenant satisfaction, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily building operations for an A-Grade CBD Commercial Asset
- Contractor management across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and essential services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium tenants, ensuring a five-star service experience.
- Ensure the building meets all safety and essential service standards using CBRE's structured frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Precinct FM on sustainability (ESG) and energy-saving initiatives.
Who You Are
We value technical "know-how" and a proactive attitude. You may be an AFM/FC ready for the responsibility of an FM role, have a trade background or have similar transferrable skills. You also:
- Have an understanding of compliance, WHS and essential services
- Are confident managing contractors and stakeholders
- Are well-organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
