Entry Level - Work in a collaborative Property and Facilities team

Are you a proactive, customer focused administrator looking to grow your career in property and facilities management? In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders - providing exceptional service, coordinating work requests, supporting the facilities management team and keeping our operations running efficiently every day.
About the Role:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
- Coordinating service providers and facilities professionals in response to work requests
- Managing site operations including vendors, troubleshooting issues, and lodging work orders
- Handling account administration and general support for the FM team
- Conducting and supporting health, safety and environmental compliance activities
- Completing site safety inspections and ensuring contractors meet contractual obligations
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting digital system integrations
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering high quality service. Ideally, you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and/or administrative experience
- Confidence managing conflict or challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and apply critical thinking
- Competency across Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel skills highly valued)
- Ability to build strong relationships with tenants, clients and contractors
