Transformation Senior Analyst, Fund Services - Hybrid

What progress will you make?

We provide a full suite of Securities Services in more than 100 markets, including our proprietary network of over 60 branches and across 23 fund domiciles. Our solutions include custody, clearing, asset servicing, fund administration, ETF services, middle office, agency securities lending, collateral management, transfer agency, and fiduciary services.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as a Transformation Senior Analyst within our Fund Services team, based in Sydney . You'll provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to Citi’s operational functions/teams and will advocate for constant process improvement, continually seeking to achieve efficiency and risk reduction through adoption of technology solutions or the redesign of existing processes.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Work with the head of model office change and transformation to design a clear and coherent vision of the operating model, the implementation road map, and a change management strategy.

  • Managing the process re-engineering or new process implementation end to end including gap analysis, process improvement, design, documentation, operational readiness and implementation.

  • Ensure that all changes are firmly embedded and understood by both employees and clients. This includes training, procedures, documentation of the change and client training.

  • Develop & design testing scenarios and test plans for changes that can be leveraged at later stages for other change activities.

  • Identify, define, and implement necessary changes to enable the team to perform to its optimum ability. Keeping track of the benefits and outcomes required.

  • Assess Citigroup systems such as Multifonds, pControl, Paxus and ensure the systems are being used to effectively and all features are utilized.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Have solid experience and knowledge of the fund industry and sub functions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all stakeholder levels.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent attention to details skills.

  • Time management skills and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties.

  • Enjoy flexible working to be able to collaborate with colleagues outside of the region.
