Citi has an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Employer Brand & Marketing Specialist to join our APAC Early Career team. Reporting to the Early Career University Relations & Branding Lead, this role will take the lead on our Campus branding strategy across the APAC region, playing a meaningful part in helping Citi attract, engage and hire the best and most diverse Graduate Talent.
As part of the University Relations, Employer Branding & Marketing Specialist team, you will have end to end exposure to Citi’s employer brand strategy, including working with the APAC Early Career Leads, Global Branding & Marketing teams, and our Business Leaders. Your role will include, understanding Citi’s needs and challenges in attracting graduates, developing targeted branding strategies to address those challenges, and measuring candidate engagement and the effectiveness of campaigns. This is a hands on role and focused on execution of our Early Career Brand strategy for APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the APAC-wide Early Career brand and recruitment marketing strategy, including conducting research and developing campaigns
Leverage our brand guidelines and value proposition to localize Citi’s branding content and articulate our differentiated employment positioning across APAC markets
Identify and recommend innovative approaches to branding and marketing to help the Early Career team achieve overall recruitment objectives
Define and monitor KPIs to measure brand awareness, candidate engagement, and effectiveness of campaigns and to connect branding activities to candidate conversion and actual hires
Support all things branding for Early Career Events including creating engaging comms and marketing materials.
Hands on execution, updating the Brand Library, creating monthly NewsLetters, sharing social media content online and educating our recruiters on social media best practices and branding market intelligence.
Work closely with the Global Talent Attraction and Engagement team to align on strategic vision and goals, share content, and create a cohesive talent brand.
Responsible for project leading to curate and submit content for any Early Career award submissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
Proven track-record in brand development, social media marketing and/or digital marketing
Demonstrable experience in delivering Employer Brand Strategy for a large corporate.
Experience working with Graduate Marketing, Attraction and Recruitment is desirable.
Ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in Talent Acquisition and knowledge of talent acquisition goals and processes
Experience working for a global company, with an understanding of how to tailor content to local markets
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience to manage multiple projects and work in a matrix organization.
