The role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities and Office Services Assistant to join our Brisbane office on a casual basis.
This is a varied and hands-on role which will see you assist with the daily operations of the Brisbane office. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- managing ingoing and outgoing courier deliveries and mail;
- handling staff queries by telephone, email and in person and providing assistance to the FOS Helpdesk;
- standard and complex photocopying and printing jobs using an MFD;
- managing ordering of stationery & invoices; and
- other general ad hoc duties that arise from time to time.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience working in an office administration and/or mailroom role
- Experience in a legal environment is highly advantageous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- The ability to manage a high volume of work and pick up new tasks quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat functionality
You will also be a positive, proactive, friendly individual with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Please note that some manual handling will be required in this role.
The Facilities and Office Services team
The Facilities and Office Services group is part of our Operations Department at Clayton Utz. The services provided by this group varies between offices but includes copying and printing, mailroom, records and archives, and stationery.
