Our Customer Support Officer are the first point of contact with our customers. We need your exceptional customer service’ skills to identify our customer’s needs, and apply solution based customer support. Collaboration with our branch network, transport and fleet teams will support you to ‘Make It Happen’ every time for our customers.
Our multichannel Customer Support Centre offers full time roles, shift flexibility to cover our operations from 7.00am – 5pm Monday to Friday and additional rotational Saturday shift (once every 3 weeks approx.) No day is the same with a variety of tasks and regular ongoing training across our teams.
