Your Team

The Business Readiness Team is part of CFS’s Customer Operations and is accountable for implementing change activity within the FirstChoice Operations team ensuring change is implemented safely within onshore teams as well managing change with an Outsourced Supplier/s.

This role is a 12-month max term role based in Sydney CBD.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement change initiatives within FirstChoice Operations overseeing all aspects of the change (e.g. Regulatory, Continuous Improvement, BAU, Project change) ensuring both onshore/ offshore teams are prepared for upcoming change.
  • Change and implementation management including impact assessments, business requirements (if needed), testing plans as well as stakeholder management, overseeing the updating of collateral etc. change into the FirstChoice Operations team.
  • Drive change delivery into our business through engagement, clarity and stakeholder management
  • Drive conversations, seek alignment and challenge where needed to ensure that the outcomes for our members, advisers, employers and our people are of the highest quality and standards.
  • Focus on execution of change/ implementation activities and display strong resilience to implement change. You will have a strong risk awareness relating to change and experience in landing all change in line with regulatory expectations and obligations.
  • Detailed knowledge of Operations processes, CFS products and services is important to enable smooth implementation of all change.
  • Ensure the Operations Change pipeline remains current and responsible for keeping relevant stakeholders abreast of s of strategic, business and regulatory activities as well as driving for better ways of working through optimised operational processes.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives and your contribution.

Your Capability and Experience

You are a highly motivated individual that drives exceptional outcomes through your strong collaboration skills, your resilience and curiosity.

Although strong background in change/ implementation is valued, a curious mindset, great stakeholder engagement skills, strong attention to detail and networking skills will enable you to be successful in this role. Ideally, you will possess strong regulatory expertise, a passion for process improvements, and the drive to make a difference.
