Your Team
The Trainer, FirstChoice Operations, reports directly to the Senior Manager, Training and Quality and is a key member of FirstChoice Operations Training and Quality team. The Team is responsible for supporting CFS with delivery of administration activities either directly, or through a partnership with an Outsourced Supplier/s.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring alignment with CFS objectives and change agenda.
- Delivery of training programs to CFS employees and employees of our outsourced provider (as required), ensuring consistency and quality in content delivery.
- Perform, maintain, and continuously improve quality assurance processes and standards to assess CFS performance, any outsourced services, and service/product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results
- Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to training and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including any Outsourced Suppliers, Operational teams, Product, Change and Marketing to align training and quality
Your Capability and Experience
- Identify learning opportunities for the supplier through thorough analysis and voice-of-customer information.
- Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities.
- Exemplify a passion for customer service and adviser satisfaction, striving to deliver exceptional experiences.
- 2+ years of training and quality assurance experience in Australian Wealth Management
- RG146 compliant preferred
