Your Team
The Customer Engagement & Brand team sits within Customer Office. This team includes Brand, Customer Engagement, Customer Communications and Studio functions. It has been designed to leverage their strong alignment and drive CFS Brand and Direct Member strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel communications strategies aligned with business goals
- Own the development and execution of communications strategies
- Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, reporting and post-implementation-review and insight elements
- Demonstrate integrated approach with the broader CFS environment working in lockstep with relevant business units
- Management of all communications for strategic programs, announcements, regulatory and product change
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
Your Capability and Experience
- Understanding of financial services products, compliance requirements, and customer pain points
- Understand Customer Office and Product objectives and financial targetsto inform the development of supporting communications solutions
- Understanding of regulatory environment, with support of those with specialism in this space
- Be customer obsessed, demonstrate a deep understanding of the member landscape and ensure members are at the centre
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful communications campaigns
- Outstanding relationship building and management skills
- Deep knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations
