Your Team
The Digital AI experience Product Ownerreports to the Director Digital – Customer and will champion AI innovation. You will shape a cohesive, intuitive digital ecosystem that transforms how customers engage with our products and services.
This role is a 12-month fix term contract, commencing in 2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Define and prioritize AI use cases that enhance personalization, predictive insights, and conversational experiences across digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, compliance, and UX/UI to design and implement AI capabilities.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI features and models, working closely with IT delivery teams and project managers.
- Champion ethical and responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and optimize AI performance through continuous testing, user feedback, and data-driven insights to improve adoption and engagement.
Your Capability and Experience
- Thorough experience as a Digital Product Owner
- Proven experience in delivering AI-powered features or products
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to develop strategies, make decisions, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in driving digital initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering outcomes in an Agile environment.
