Your Team
The Sales Strategy & Adviser Services team sits within Distribution and is focused on driving growth through our advised channel. In this role, you will help drive CFS’s growth culture by strengthening and evolving our adviser value proposition - shaping a compelling and differentiated offering that clearly sets CFS apart in the market. You will shape how our proposition is positioned, communicated and activated, ensuring advisers clearly understand the value CFS brings and how our capabilities support the growth, efficiency and long‑term sustainability of their businesses.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that bring the adviser proposition to life across acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Lead an always‑on promotional approach for the value stream, ensuring effective cross‑promotion of available assets across relevant channels.
- Support with end-to-end execution - from proposition framing and messaging through to delivery, optimisation and performance review.
- Create and manage collateral including pitch materials, presentations, brochures, and testimonials and success stories.
- Identify moments that matter, engagement gaps and opportunities to strengthen adviser experience and perception of value
Your Capability and Experience
- Experience in marketing, ideally within B2B, financial services or another regulated industry
- The ability to craft clear, compelling and compliant marketing messages
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Platform and Microsoft Dynamics & Customer Journey Insights, along with other tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
- A proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns
