We believe in celebrating individuality, have a passion for high performance and creating an environment where you can unleash your full potential. Your Team
The Brand and Campaign Manager reports to the Director, Brandand owns the end‑to‑end delivery and executional excellence of campaigns and a brand development pathway, offering the opportunity to progressively build deeper brand‑management capability as you grow.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from insight-led problem definition and briefing through planning, execution, optimisation, and post-campaign review, using commercial and customer data to spot opportunities and shape our approach across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable campaign plans, connecting clear outcomes, target audiences/segments, and channel roles to business priorities.
  • Guardianship of brand consistency: ensure all creative and messaging align with our positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice, and strengthen brand equity.
  • Champion brand adoption across the business, embedding the brand strategy not just in initiatives and processes, but also in behaviours and culture, working cross‑functionally to support its uptake.
  • Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver on time, on budget, and to standard, providing crisp briefs, feedback, and quality control.
  • Measurement & optimisation: set outcome led KPIs (e.g., awareness, consideration, funnel conversion, CAC payback), track performance, share insights, and iterate for impact.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Deep experience in brand, integrated marketing, or campaign management within complex environments (regulated or financial services advantageous).
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns that move commercial and customer outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills: able to coordinate multiple workstreams and keep pace without sacrificing quality.
  • Confidence working with creative, content, media, and digital teams (internal and agency), from brief through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Fluency in campaign measurement and optimisation, using insights to inform decisions and improve ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
