Your Team

This role sits within the Sales Strategy and Adviser Services at CFS, a national function dedicated to shaping and executing sales and engagement strategies. The team’s mission is to design and enable sales pathways—either through direct engagement or in partnership with Distribution’s sales teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the development of sales capability tools and programs that build our people and lift our market impact.
  • Lead the analysis and presentation of adviser NPS and sentiment across all product lines to drive awareness, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences and market leading products.

  • Drive cohesive and timely communication and engagement strategies to support change initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups and ensure internal & external change readiness.

  • Provide governance and consultation on key strategic projects, change programs, and business risks on behalf of Distribution, to ensure sustained or improved performance and experiences for our clients & sales teams.

  • Support the execution of high-value sales and take to market (TTM) strategies to drive commercial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop impactful sales tools, messaging, and change readiness interventions.

  • Maintain a centralised knowledge library of sales toolkits, strategic initiatives, messaging frameworks, and TTM assets.

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver targeted communication activities to inform and engage internal teams and ensure sales readiness through co-ordinating skills drills, training & updates.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and CFS product and feature launches to identify new opportunities for sales and business growth, contributing fresh insights and innovative thinking to the team.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Deep understanding of financial services dynamics, including current market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends.

  • Experienced managing multiple stakeholders while handling day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Strong technical knowledge of superannuation and platform operations (Master Trusts & Wraps).

  • Commercially minded self-starter with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and urgency.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Adept at leveraging internal and external networks to deliver client value and market-leading solutions.

  • Embodies CFS values: Make a Difference, Own It, and Customer Obsession

  • RG146 certified required

  • Background in training and capability development (highly favourable).
