What can our construction projects build for you?
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our NSW & ACT to support our current and future projects in ensuring financial integrity of the project is maintained and enhanced through process, systems and best practice decision-making. You will prepare financial reports, accounting records and other information allowing the project and senior leaders to make best decisions for the project.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Extensive experience within a heavy industry environment with exposure to a project environment
- Ability to interpret legislation, rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all state, federal and local and contractual guidelines
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant legislation/codes and its application in the business to prevent potential exposure. E.g. Corporations Act, Taxation Law, National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (COP), Security of Payments
- Awareness of policy and application of Corporate Limits of Liabilities and contractual and financial systems, processes and procedures
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business
