The Project
CPB Contractors has been selected by the South Australian Government to deliver regional projects under the Port Wakefield to Port Augusta (PW2PA) Alliance .
Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking applications from Superintendents with demonstrated civil infrastructure project experience to join our site project team. You will be responsible for managing the on-site operations of the project including safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and cost. The role demands a strong focus on leadership to achieve required outcomes of the work group and the promotion of high-performance standards in accordance with the PW2PA Alliance values and team behaviours. The role will be based at Port Augusta.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Experience as a Superintendent on large scale civil construction projects
- Proven experience in delivering work between $50M to $250M
- Managed logistics and applying principles of construction to deliver works in accordance with scope of works technical criteria
- Demonstrated commercial acumen including planning one month look ahead and monitoring of cost and time resources
- Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do
- High level verbal and written communication skills
