Located on the main gaming floor and featuring an open kitchen, Sho Noodle Bar is at the heart of our entertainment experience.

We are looking for an experienced ESA who can join the Sho Noodle team. To succeed in this role you must be resilient and flexible with a positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this fast paced and busy environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded.
• Previous cleaning experience in Hospitality or similar environment
• Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work in a demanding environment
• Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene
• Ability to work over a 24/7 rotating roster
