Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Crown Marketing Team. As a cross property position, this role will involve formulating the strategic analysis of our data, to implement opportunities for revenue and profitability. There will be an emphasis on the continuous improvement of customer targeted marketing processes, as well as the use of analytical techniques to support the customer lifecycle strategy.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the customer lifecycle strategy; including design, review and implementation
- Preparation of pre-promotion analysis on marketing activity
- Extensive analysis to translate model outputs into recommendations
- Optimise marketing & resources per segment
- Supporting a testing and analysis program for insight, with a focus on optimising key customer drivers
- Perform analysis to support delivery of customer focused models
- Preparation of pre-promotion analysis on marketing activity
To be successful for this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with a variety of key stakeholders
- Strong analytical ability and confidence in working with complex data sets
- Understanding of data science procedures and techniques
- Experience in an analytical environment and with translating complex analysis into strategy
- Advanced skills in Excel, Data Mining, Cognos, SQL, GCP, R and Python
- Knowledge of Salesforce beneficial
- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
