Reservations Agent
Crown Resorts Reservations department is the central point of contact where all queries and bookings are made across our seven hotel properties located in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Based at Crown Melbourne, this is a call centre environment where your passion for the hotel industry can thrive and where you can deliver personalised service to our guests as the first point of contact over the telephone.
As a Reservations Sales Agent you will need high attention to detail as your role will involve taking booking enquiries through email and telephone and entering them into our Property Management System, Opera. This is a fun, fast paced working environment where customer service is the main priority. You will use your excellent product knowledge about Crown’s six world class resorts to match guest’s needs to various room types, packages and facilities.
- Polished and clear communication skills with excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, call centre or travel agent environment is essential
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs is essential
- Exposure to the Opera Hotel Property Management System is preferred
- Flexible availability to commit to a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
