Reporting to the Cage Operations Manager the Cage Area Manager is responsible for supervising and developing the Cage operations employees to deliver an engaging customer experience. A core aspect of your role will be to review and balance daily figures and cash, identifying and reconciling any anomalies.
As a Cage Area Manager, you would provide effective & efficient service in all cage locations across various facilities. You would be required to partner effectively across the business to develop and deploy service-related strategies and be accountable for managing all cage service levels, which includes service to our internal and external customers.
Key Selection criteria:
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong numerical aptitude
The ability to problem solve and make sound decisions
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to motivate and build rapport with team members
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
Able to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence
You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
