Reporting to the VIP Service Manager, a key responsibility of the VIP Host will be to welcome and farewell our local, domestic and international guests into gaming areas, assist with membership enquiries, register prospective members to the gaming programs and maintain the presentation of the VIP facilities.
In this role, you will entertain guests at Crown events as well as assist with in-room promotions and events as required. The VIP Host team will be instrumental in building rapport with guests and delivering a five-star customer service experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring Responsible Service of Gaming and Alcohol in the areas for the safety of our guests.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven track record providing exceptional customer service to VIP customers
- Skilled in building positive and long-lasting relationships
- Ability to work shifts over a 24/7 roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Language skills highly desirable
- Sound understanding of loyalty programs
- Proven conflict management skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Able to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
- Able to obtain a NSW Special Employee Gaming Licence
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
