Crown Melbourne is currently seeking an experienced Business Partner to lead a significant portfolio and team of Advisors to embed our culture and drive business success through collaborative partnership on end-to-end people solutions including talent development, engagement, employee relations matters, organisational development & design and change management.
Reporting to the Group General Manager P&C Business Partnering, this role will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to lead a team of HR professionals; whilst being able to utilise your well-developed HR skills. You will work collaboratively within the broader People & Culture team to identify opportunities to continuously evolve and drive meaningful change across all our portfolios and properties.
What you need:
- Extensive Generalist HR Business Partnering experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within an organisation
- To have a strategic and commercial approach with the ability to execute in a changing environment
- Considerable Employee Relations experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- A continuous improvement mindset and desire to be a change agent to make a positive difference.
