An exciting opportunity exists for an industry professional to source and coordinate an entertainment schedule across Crown's music venues.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Casting, sourcing and scheduling acts for all music venues (Acts include but are not limited to; Vocal Solo/Duo/Trio/Bands and DJs).
- Coordinating all contractual and administrative processes surrounding the live music schedule.
- Regularly monitor entertainment spend against allocated budget.
- Effectively build and maintain key relationships with external talent agencies and industry suppliers.
- Build relationships with internal business units to ensure strong engagement and support for the delivery of entertainment requirements.
- Ensuring that entertainment is innovative and on-trend
- Adhering to all business and compliance policies and processes.
- Monitor scheduled entertainment in venues and ensure acts are on brief.
To be successful, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in the entertainment industry with experience in booking, sourcing, scheduling, and researching musical talent and DJ’s
- Self-motivated, ability to work well under pressure and on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Experience in managing budgets
- A flexible approach to work with the ability adapt and work with change efficiently and effectively
- Interest and availability to work evenings and weekends to monitor scheduled talent
- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
