An exciting opportunity currently exists for a passionate and customer focused Assistant Manager to join our prestigious Teak Room and take the next step in their hospitality career! Located in a Premium gaming room, Teak is open exclusively to VIP members and their guests and features its very own restaurant and bar.
Reporting to the Manager, this role needs a hospitality professional who will be accountable for the efficient operation of this premium style venue while remaining calm under pressure. You will ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved sequences of service and ensure every customer receives a personalised 5 star experience from all staff.
What you need:
- Previous experience in leadership/Management in a large scale premium bar & restaurant or casino
- Hands on experience with training, coaching, motivating and developing a large team
- Strong business acumen, time management and organisational skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels
- Must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work onsite
