Retail Lease Administrator

We currently have a unique opportunity available for an experienced administration professional to join our Crown retail team as a Retail Lease Administrator.
Reporting to the Retail Development Manager, this role will involve the preparation of tenant rental accounts and administrative support including maintaining retail lease agreements, invoicing, reporting and compliance.
To succeed in this role you will have a strong administration or finance background, with retail lease administration highly desirable.
Duties will include:
- Administration of retail tenant rental accounts across Melbourne, Perth & Sydney
- Processing invoices, internal charges and accruals for finance
- Liaising with the Hotels Finance Team
- Ensuring lease compliance to legislative requirements
- Tracking, analysing and reporting tenant revenue
- Rendering accounts receivable
- Preparation of relevant reports weekly, monthly and on request
- General adhoc administration duties
- Compiling and analysing data
- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
What you need:
- Proven experience in a fast paced finance or administration role with exceptional attention to detail
- Retail lease administration experience using PROGEN or similar lease administration program, highly advantageous
- Previous experience analysing financial data and reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management & organisational skills
