VIP Services organise and coordinate all booking requests and unique requirements of Crown VIP International, Interstate, Local premium patrons and Platinum and Black Rewards loyalty members for all Crown properties in Australia. VIP Services are responsible for ensuring that the patron’s visit to Crown Resorts is as seamless and incident-free as possible, thus guaranteeing loyal, repeat business.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling external and internal enquiries via phone & email in a timely, efficient and accurate and professional manner to ensure guest requirements are fulfilled.
- Coordinate and book hotel rooms for individuals and groups of all VIP Gaming markets at Crown Resorts via Opera, including determining appropriate rates subject to expected play, membership tier, and previous trip history. Provide confirmation and forward to guest direct or respective offices.
- All relevant limousine transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, golf bookings etc.
- Always exhibit exceptional customer service to both guests and fellow employees when communicating instructions.
- Handle guest complaints to ensure effective resolution of issues raised by a guest in person or via phone/email under the guidance of VIP Services Management.
What you need:
- Extensive experience in delivering service to customers in a 5-star service environment is preferred.
- Inbound call centre experience is highly desired.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems such as OPERA and SYCO.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- The ability to work autonomously within a team setting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino special employee licence (requires police & credit checks.
- You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown.
