The Blend is a brand new and exciting café style venue set to open right alongside our very own IDs Employee Restaurant – providing another convenient & accessible option for all employees alike to wine down and enjoy a coffee and a snack!
To lead this new venue to success we are seeking an energetic & capable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and take the next step in their hospitality career!
Reporting directly to the IDs Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day to day operations of this venue ensuring efficiency & effectiveness in collaboration with the wider IDs team while also providing optimum customer service to all internal guests.
What you need:
- Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience, preferable in similar venue/restaurant/cafe
- Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced establishment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
- Must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work onsite
- Work FT across a 27/7 rotating roster
