In the role of Hotel Duty Manager, you will be leading and guiding the front office team and at all times ensuring a successful service experience throughout the Rooms Division Operations.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in front office operations in a management role
- Experience in developing, coaching & motivating a team
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests & promptly handling any complaints
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Willing to commit to a rotational roster
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
