At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with interpreting, compiling, and reviewing analysis and insights with respect to the Table Games department.
You will provide analysis on overall product performance at both a game type and area level, gaming floor layout optimization, new game/side wager opportunities, labour spread management, optimization of open hours to meet customer demand whilst maintain efficiency and predictive labour modelling to understand impacts on productivity and retention.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and present ongoing reports and in-depth analysis on product performance and revenue drivers to support decisions of the Table Games Management Team.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of labour resources and spread recommendations to ensure efficiency to meet customer demand and product mix requirements.
- Predictive modelling in relation to scheduling and recruitment including FTE Forecasts, training requirements, attrition and recruitment needs.
- Identify revenue enhancement opportunities and cost saving initiatives to drive TG growth and budgeted contribution.
- Explore opportunities for new table games and provide insights on rollout strategy, including timing and casino floor location.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements in WA, VIC and NSW jurisdictions
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
- Strong analytical ability and confidence in working with large and complex data sets
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel : Microsoft Visio is desirable
- Experience in Peoplesoft, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or TMI
- Knowledge of yield management methodology and application
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
- Demonstrated leadership in a professional situation
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline – Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Commerce or Marketing
