As TWR Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations for TWR including team development and the allocation of duties and responsibilities. With your exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills, you will ensure optimum quality service to customers at all times.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will also be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and managing day-to-day financial requirements. At all times, you will assist the Venue Manager to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals
This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Extensive customer service practice knowledge and skill
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Experience in food and beverage operations management
- Strong knowledge with making & creating cocktails
Preferred Criteria:
- Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or similar
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
