We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Cooks to join our Conservatory team! Located in Crown Towers, the Conservatory chefs work in a custom made open-style kitchen that enables interaction between chefs and guests. Pairing this exquisite setting with an inventive and new approach to traditional buffets, Conservatory has set a new benchmark in buffet-style dining.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Western, Asian or Indian cuisine experience is highly regarded
- Upmarket dining, high volume restaurant or buffet experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as a part of a team
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
