At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to take on the role of Project Manager to provide support to the General Manager of Design and Construction for upcoming major projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a broad spectrum of new build, fit out and refurbishment projects for Crown Perth Limited. You will manage the overall delivery of a series of Capital Projects by working closely with all parties from project inception through to completion, ensuring that the end product is authentic to the brief whilst achieving time, cost and quality parameters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate the development and stakeholder sign-off of detailed design briefs, including operational requirements, brand positioning, financial, logistical
- Administer all the project contracts including the execution of contracts prior to works commencing, document control, site instructions, variations,
- Deliver projects on time, to budget and agreed quality standards through robust site and project management methods.
- Direct and mentor Project Coordinators ensuring that they are not only completing the project at hand but are also gaining and applying new skills,
- Adhere to and exhibit pro-active leadership in accordance with Crown's Health and Safety policy and Equal Opportunity and Diversity policies by

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Appropriate experience in the building/construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in all building activities including mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic.
- Experience in preparing and managing programmes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering/Construction Management Discipline.
- Post Graduate qualification in a related field.
