A very rare & exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to take the next step of their hospitality career!
Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be required to support and coach the team to maintain 5-star-rated service standards to maintain VIP guest expectations, possess excellent food and beverage knowledge and be accountable for the efficient operation of this premium style service environment.
What you need:
- Demonstrated supervisory experience, preferable in a similar premium restaurant/bar or casino setting
- Understanding of gaming/casino operations is advantageous
- Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced establishment
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Work FT across a 24/7 rotating roster
