The role of a Surveillance Operator is both diverse and interesting, whereby no two days are the same. You will be part of a highly skilled team and have the opportunity to embrace different technologies and skills that are unique to the role. Reporting to the Surveillance Operations Manager, we are currently seeking part-time Surveillance Operators to monitor all areas of the Casino and ensure Crown’s operational activities are conducted to the highest level of integrity.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Coordinate response to emergency situations and assist in maintaining the safety of staff and customers
• Conduct live monitoring of all gaming and cash handling activities within the business
• Reporting any illegal or suspicious activity observed
• Supporting Managers across the business to assist them with operational concerns and requests for assistance

To be successful, you will need:

• Sharp observation/analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand Crown’s operating procedures
• High level of integrity, time management and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit to 10 - 12-hour shifts, accommodating a 24/7 rotating roster
• The ability to obtain, hold and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence
• Ability to commit to 3 weeks full time training commencing January 2023
