An exciting opportunity exists to join the Cage as an Area Manager/Supervisor. Reporting to the Cage Operations Manager the Cage Area Manager is responsible for supervising, developing and leading the front-line Cage operational team in order to deliver exceptional service across Crown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach and develop direct reports
- Provide effective & efficient customer service in all Cage locations
- Review and balance daily figures and cash, identifying and reconciling any anomalies
- Partner effectively across the business to develop and deploy service-related strategies
- Accountability for managing all Cage service levels, which includes service to our VVIP customers
- Manage the Cage processes in line with approved regulations and policies
- Providing support to Cage Operations Managers and Cage Senior Management with delivery of department business initiatives and objectives
Key Selection Criteria
- Operational experience in a Casino would be highly regarded, not essential
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to motivate and build rapport with staff
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to understand Crown’s operating procedures
- Strong numerical aptitude, ability to problem solve and deliver sound decisions
- Strong attention to skills
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence
