As we provide full time paid training, we are committed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in becoming a Dealer. In this position, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable and positive experience for our customers each and every time.

Full-time training will run from the 20th March - 29th April 2023

Successful completion of the training will lead to a position as a Part Time Dealer on a permanent night shift roster.

Our first assessment centre will run on Friday 10th February 2023, and if you’re successful in progressing to the second assessment centre, this will run on Tuesday 14th February 2023. You will need to be available on these dates.

*Please note that this a night shift position and you must be prepared and available to work nights and weekends.

We have the following Part Time positions available:

Part time 3: 64 to 128 hours per 4 week cycle

Part Time 4: 76 to 152 hours per 4 week cycle

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers on all different levels
  • Ability to work a 24/7 roster
  • Commitment to full time training from 20th March – 29th April 2023 including day shift and night shift training
  • Sound experience in customer service orientated roles desirable
  • Integrity and reliability and to be seen as a direct and truthful individual
  • Ability to comply with all relevant rules, procedures and processes
  • Ability to adapt and show resilience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to complete a Certificate III in Hospitality

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application and have working rights in Australia.

Successful candidates will be required to provide a National Police Clearance, obtain a Casino Licence from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
