As a Restaurant Supervisor at 88 Noodle Bar, you will be responsible for maintaining operations of the outlet and monitoring optimal customer service levels whilst acting as an escalation point for frontline staff. The role assists the Management team in team participation, leadership, innovation, and financial evaluation to ensure top quality service is always provided to customers.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
- A desire and dedication to promote and represent the Crown brand
- Demonstrated leadership experience in empowering and supervising people and diverse groups
- Proven experience in supervising projects and priorities to meet business outcomes
- Experience in Food and Beverage service within a 5-star environment is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive off the high-pressure nature of running a successful restaurant
- High commitment to exceeding customer service standards
- Exceptional planning, communication, and conflict negotiation skills
