At Crown Perth exceptional experiences are created when we work together. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join the team in the role of Direct Marketing Executive. In this role you will coordinate the execution of all Direct Mail, Email, SMS and App communications.
Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for schedule management as well as the day to day coordination of campaigns to ensure on-time, flawless execution of campaigns that are on brand and to high standards. With the use of data, you will be able to ensure direct campaigns are executed error-free while ensuring appropriate procedures are followed to enable ongoing measurement of results.
Working in a highly collaborative manner you will liaise with various Marketing stakeholders to deliver direct communications that engage customers and drive business performance.
This role is available as a fulltime, permanent position.
Essential Criteria:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience within a Marketing function with a direct focus
- Experience supporting campaign schedules across multiple channels – DM, eDM, app
- Understanding the management of customer data and privacy laws
- A creative flair for copy and tailoring communications for different customer segments
- Experience working with studio and agencies
- The ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, both written and verbal
Preferred Criteria
- Experience in gaming, hotels, F&B or tourism would be advantageous
- Degree qualified in Marketing or similar
- Experience working within email platforms such as Salesforce
