Group General Manager – Crown Foundation & Community Partnerships | Crown Resorts

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Affairs & Brand Officer, this role is responsible for the operation of the Crown Resorts Foundation and community investment initiatives of Crown Resorts and its three properties. The overall purpose of this position is to develop a renewed strategy for the Crown Resorts Foundation which brings together community partnerships, charity giving and Foundation activity, ensuring Crown’s community investment is aligned with the Crown’s purpose and values, as well as ensuring a strong connection to Crown’s team members.
This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and understand the expectations of the Crown Resorts Foundation Board and adhere to all reporting requirements under the ACNC regulations
- Administration of the Crown Resorts Foundation’s program to achieve its annual and longer-term objectives as approved by the Crown Resorts Foundation Board
- Build awareness of the Foundation and its community investments to help restore Crown’s reputation during a critical rebuild period through proactive PR, internal communications and social media
- Communicate Foundation activities and milestones to key internal and external stakeholders
- Engage Crown Resorts employees in the work and progress of the Crown Resorts Foundation
- Manage the ongoing partnership negotiation including stakeholder management, commercial negotiation and deliverables
- Report to the Crown Resorts Foundation Board on the progress and developments of the Crown Resorts Foundation
- Manage the Crown Resorts Foundation and Charity budgets
Key selection criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and communication, administration of budgets and programs, reporting and Board paper writing and SmartyGrants
- A strategic yet pragmatic approach with the ability to execute in a changing environment
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Strong results orientation and organisation management
- Ability to obtain and hold Casino Special Employee Licenses across Sydney, Melbourne & Perth
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline i.e., minimum bachelor's degree or higher preferred
