Rooms Control Co-Ordinator

At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. As a Rooms Control Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational movements from a guest and room perspective are as smooth as possible with and added focus on premium guest rooms and VIP arrivals.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, you would perform back of house duties including, answering phone and email enquiries, actioning E-Connect jobs, following up and closing open folio accounts, liaising with housekeeping to minimize rooms on Q, allocating VIP arrivals and general customer service requests in accordance with established service standards.

We have a full time Rooms Control Co-Ordinator position available for Crown Towers. This position guarantees you 80 hours per fortnight.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong computer skills – particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Available to work on a rotating roster

Preferred Criteria:

  • Hotel operations experience
  • Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)
